How it Works:
You Purchase the VA 1 or VA 2 Plan and have a "bucket" of 10 hours. Your VA will track their time using our time tracking software and will email you weekly a report so you know how much time you have left. Our time tracking software will track their screen to ensure they are working diligently on your tasks. You will be notified when you have used 80% of your time and can decide if you want to buy more time (10 more hours).
You will have full access to your VA and can email them tasks as well as text them and have weekly zoom meetings.
Please provide them access to any software you use such as Canva, Vidyo, Web Hosting, etc.
They all have full access to the Done by One CRM and know how the CRM works.
